Diving this cenote
This cenote with its two routes is a great day trip for scuba divers. You can even bring along none diving friends or family, to enjoy great snorkeling.
As with most cenote tours we will meet around 8am at the dive shop to sort out scuba gear and paperwork, before heading off for our dives. Lunch is also included.
We suggest you bring a towel and a dry set of clothes. Keep in mind as in all cenotes sunscreen cosmetics and insect repellent are banned due to the conservation of the site.

Very knowledgeable about all the many dive sites near Playa, including the Playa reef, cenotes, and even … More Cozumel. Friendly instructors (Oliver and Liz) who will take care of everything! Would book with them again! -

We had a wonderful time diving Casa Cenote with Nico. He was really nice and knowledgeable. Even though … More we dove twice in the same spot, the dives felt so different because he took us through different parts each time. It was a wonderful way to spend the only day of diving this trip! -

What an unforgettable day diving with Jaguar! From start to finish, everything was smooth, safe, and … More just the right mix of adventure and awe. Liz was our dive guide and truly made the experience something special—she’s knowledgeable, calm, and has a passion for cenotes that’s contagious.
We explored The Pit and Dos Ojos, and WOW—photos don’t do them justice. The light beams in The Pit were surreal, like something out of a dream, and Dos Ojos felt like floating through a prehistoric cathedral. Every turn brought a new “how is this even real?!” moment.
To top it off, we had a private photographer, Esther White, join us. Highly recommend booking that add-on if you want epic underwater photos without worrying about your GoPro. We had such a great time as a group of women divers—laughs, adventure, and a whole lot of “OMG look at that!”
Can’t wait to come back and dive more cenotes with Jaguar.

Jaguar divers are the best. I had Senote dive. I’m a diver was only 12 dives the dive. Master was very … More patient with me explaining a lot of new skills and help me get through the Senote. I really recommend Jaguar to anybody who wants to dive. -

I doubt this is a 5 star dive shop. DM showed up sick, now I’m sick… She told me 9am and showed up at … More 9:30. When preparing gear, she forgot 3 things and took us 45 mins just to put on tanks…. If you want expensive, go for it!!!! Much better dive shops out there!!!
Update: now that I canceled my next dive with Liz, she won’t drop off my equipment, she mentioned that she cannot lift it. I paid for a Sherpa for my dive. He carried two tanks and I paid $35!! But now apparently that $35 was only for my dive and not lifting equipment into a truck the next day!!! Worst customer service!! -

Niko was our guide for 6 dives across three days, and he was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating! … More He is fully fluent in both English and Spanish. He went out of his way to make it a comfortable, safe, and fun experience. He helped carry my dad’s (65 years old with arthritis) gear down the cenote entrance because he was having issues with stairs while carrying the heavy dive gear. Niko always made sure we had water, food, and anything else we may have needed. He even treated us to tacos after our last dive, as well as getting food before the cenote dives. They are very organized and answered questions timely through WhatsApp. We are a group of three and dove at a local reef near Playa del Carmen, the reefs at Cozumel, and two Cenotes. We are definitely coming back to dive with them! -

Amazing experience with Liz and Oliver doing the scuba discovery course. As a first time diver I felt … More very taken care of and 10/10 would recommend. They have a great set up at the shop and quick travel times to the beach and the reef made for a seamless experience.
