Cenote Diving is absolutely an experience you must do when you’re in Playa del Carmen and Tulum area if you’re a certified diver.
I have done 2 dives at Dos Ojos and El Pit with Jaguar Diver. The dive leaded by Luis - he is very professional… More and knowledgeable. I felt so safe diving with him as for the first timer diver in Fresh water and Cenote. All Equipment is included which is great cause you don’t have to carry equipment and clean them after. They Also have 5 mm wetsuits to use because the water temperature is quite cold 23-25 C.
Dos Ojos Cenote is super beautiful. This dive will give you a reflection of stalactite and stalagmite make you feel like an upside down world. But El Pit is the most spectacular! The scale of this giant sinkhole and the halocline make it look like in Sci-fi movies.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. The only thingI would complain is that the service fee with “We Travel” is super expensive. It took roughly 5-6% on top of package price.
Dove 4 dives. It had been a bit since I dive last. The instructor was patient. We did 4 cenote dives and they created an experience that was memorable. We will definitely return to the area and dive more. Highly recommend the cenote dives.… More
