Get a look into a whole new underwater world

Want to try scuba for the first time? Not sure you want to commit to a full course yet; or are short on time?

Then the Discover Scuba Dive experience is the right choice for you. An easy, safe and fun way to get a taste of what scuba diving is like. We will learn about the underwater environment and how to move safely through it.

This full-day activity consists of a short theory session, skills practice in the pool and then heading out into the ocean for two dives.

DISCOVER SCUBA DIVE IN THE OCEAN

Playa’s reefs offer a great abundance of life: huge schools of grunts you can swim through, massive green moray eels lurking in holes and stingrays playing in the sand.

There is no prior experience needed for this experience. Just look forward to getting yourself wet and taking your first breath underwater surrounded by fish. (minimum of 10 years old)

The price is $2790 and includes everything except lunch and optional tips for your instructor and boat crew. We meet at the dive centre around 8.30am.

It is important to mention that it is an experience, not a course, so you will be supervised by an instructor at all times. If you would like the freedom to dive unsupervised with your favourite buddy ask us about our PADI Open Water course.

Great communication, easy going, and transitioned our dive plan for the last day with ease due to undesirable weather for Cozumel dives. We did 2 ocean dives in Playa Del Carmen and 5 cenote dives over 3 days (The Pit, Chac Mool x2, Angelita, Car Wash). I don’t even know which was my favorite because they were all amazing and unique in their own right. Liz even held onto our dive gear for us overnight (including rinsing/drying). Not having to lug it back and forth to the resort and worry about how to rinse and dry it ourselves was huge! We will DEFINITELY be diving with Jaguar again next time we’re in town!!!
