Niko was our guide for 6 dives across three days, and he was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating! He is fully fluent in both English and Spanish. He went out of his way to make it a comfortable, safe, and fun experience. He helped… More carry my dad’s (65 years old with arthritis) gear down the cenote entrance because he was having issues with stairs while carrying the heavy dive gear. Niko always made sure we had water, food, and anything else we may have needed. He even treated us to tacos after our last dive, as well as getting food before the cenote dives. They are very organized and answered questions timely through WhatsApp. We are a group of three and dove at a local reef near Playa del Carmen, the reefs at Cozumel, and two Cenotes. We are definitely coming back to dive with them!
